This website is operated by Rexo Wear (“Rexo Wear”, “we”, “us”), a manufacturer of custom and private-label apparel for business customers. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at rexowearr@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product type, estimated quantity, timeline, project details and any link you choose to share.
  • Communications: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls you exchange with us, including files and specifications you send.
  • Orders: billing and delivery details, and the information needed to produce, invoice and ship your order.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages requested, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and approximate location. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal information.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and discuss your project.
  • To make samples, manufacture, invoice, ship and support your order.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • With your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on:

  • Steps before a contract and performance of a contract, when we respond to quote requests and fulfil orders.
  • Legitimate interests, in running and securing our business and website, and in corresponding with business contacts.
  • Legal obligation, for record-keeping required by law.
  • Consent, for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed, with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business: website hosting, email delivery (for example Resend, which forwards quote requests to our inbox) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
  • Messaging platforms you choose to use, such as WhatsApp (operated by Meta), which process messages under their own privacy policies.
  • Logistics and payment partners, such as freight forwarders, couriers and banks, to ship orders and process payments.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Your designs, tech packs and product information are confidential and are never shared with other clients.

International transfers

We work with customers worldwide and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Customer and order records: as long as needed for the relationship and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics (no longer than 14 months).

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information or have it deleted;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
  • complain to your local data-protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.

California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children

Our services are for businesses. The website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
