How we work

From sketch to shipment.

Six clear stages. One point of contact. Nothing goes to bulk until you approve the sample.

  1. Red and navy reference samples from the same specification, laid out for review

    Step 01

    Inquiry & tech pack

Share what you want to make.

Send sketches, references or a full tech pack, with quantities and timing. We review it, ask the right questions and fill the gaps in the specification with you.

    Confirmed specification and quotation

  2. Contrast collar binding and size label on a navy ringer T-shirt

    Step 02

    Fabric & trims

    Materials chosen and approved.

We source fabric, trims and labels to your requirements, then send swatches and lab dips for colour approval before anything is cut.

  3. A machinist guiding red fleece through an industrial sewing machine

    Step 03

    Sampling

See it, wear it, refine it.

We make your sample, you test fit and finish. Comments go back into the pattern. We repeat until it is right, then lock a pre-production sample as the standard for bulk.

    Approved pre-production sample

  4. An embroidery machine stitching a logo onto red fabric

    Step 04

    Bulk production

Cut, sewn and finished to the approved sample.

Fabric is cut in planned lays, then sewn, printed or embroidered and finished. You receive progress updates with photos at the key stages.

  5. Finished printed T-shirts being folded at the finishing table

    Step 05

    Quality control

Checked against your sample and spec.

Garments are measured and inspected against the approved sample: stitching, measurements, print and embroidery placement, colour and finishing. Faults are corrected before packing.

    Inspection report before dispatch

  6. Polybagged garments being packed into an export carton

    Step 06

    Packing & shipping

Labelled, packed and on its way.

Folded, bagged and labelled to your instructions, packed into export cartons and shipped by air or sea on the agreed Incoterms, with tracking and documents.

FAQ

Good questions.

The things buyers ask most before their first order.

Read all questions

Minimums are set per style and depend on the fabric and decoration. Custom-dyed fabrics need higher quantities than stock colours. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm the minimum in your quote, before you commit to anything.

No. A tech pack speeds things up, but sketches, photos of a reference garment or a sample you send us are enough to begin. We can build the tech pack with you.

Yes. Private label is how we work by default. Your labels, tags and packaging carry your brand only, and your designs stay confidential.

Use the Request a Quote form or message us on WhatsApp with the product type, quantity, fabric preference, decoration and target delivery date. The more detail you share, the more precise the quote.

Always. We make a sample for you to check fit, fabric and finish. Bulk starts only after you approve a pre-production sample, which becomes the reference for quality control.

Yes, sampling is charged because each sample is made individually to your specification. The cost is quoted in advance and depends on the garment and decoration.
